Account holder

The person opening the account must be over 18. The account belongs to a parent or a teacher; the child uses it under adult supervision.

The account holder is responsible for keeping the account details safe. Don't share your password with anyone.

Giving accurate information

The information you give at sign-up must be accurate. By ticking the parental consent box, you declare that you are entitled to give consent on the child's behalf.

Using the app

The app is for personal and educational use. The following are not allowed:

  • Trying to reverse-engineer the app
  • Selling or transferring the account
  • Putting load on the system with automated tools
  • Trying to change progress data by cheating

Subscription

Some content may require a paid subscription. Subscription periods, prices and cancellation terms are shown on the purchase screen.

Purchases are made through the app store (Google Play / App Store); refund requests follow that store's rules.

Even if a subscription is cancelled, progress earned up to that point is not deleted.

Content rights

The lessons, games, images and texts in the app belong to the developer. They may not be copied or distributed without permission.

The rules of chess themselves are in the public domain; the protection covers the app's own presentation and design.

Service availability

Uninterrupted operation is not guaranteed. There may be outages due to maintenance, updates or infrastructure.

The app is provided "as is". It is for educational purposes and does not guarantee any particular result or success.

Closing the account

You can close your account at any time. In case of a serious breach of these terms, the developer may also close it; in that case a reason is given.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Türkiye. Turkish courts have jurisdiction over disputes.
